1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, most services are non-refundable once work has started.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain registration and renewals
- Web hosting plans
- WhatsApp API setup charges
- CRM system setup fees
- Government or third-party fees
3. Website Development Refund
- If cancellation is requested before work begins, partial refund may be considered.
- Once development has started, refund is not guaranteed.
4. Subscription Services
For monthly services:
- Cancellation must be requested before renewal date.
- No refund for current billing cycle.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
